Internal grinding machine usage procedure
1. Check the fuel tank, the height of the fuel tank reaches the hydraulic index;
2. Check whether the oil grade and material quality meet the instructions for use;
3. The operation handle (handwheel) should be placed in the closed or unloaded position, the wheel frame (grinding head) as for the retreat position, the moving parts should not collide with each other;
4. Check whether the oil pump motor is running normally, and then check whether the live oil, auxiliary oil and lubricating oil pressure meet the instructions. (With the unloading function of the machine, the main oil pressure should be adjusted to the minimum, and the operating handle should be unloaded to the stop position, and then the pressure should be checked.)
5. The machine should open the discharge valve, discharge the air in the cylinder and system, and then close the discharge valve.
6. The machine with hydraulic operation box should adjust the opening and closing valve and the speed handle of the workbench according to the instructions of the book, so that the workbench decelerates and reciprocates several times in a short distance. After normal operation, gradually adjust to the maximum speed, check whether the entire stroke in the operation and commutation is normal (the machine with a table speed greater than 15m/min cannot be adjusted to the maximum stroke), whether there is impact and obvious detention phenomenon.
7. After the normal operation of the internal grinding machine table, carry out the wheel frame rapid advance and retreat and feed experiment. Check that the wheel head moves quickly to the end position and there are no impacts. Adjust the feed rate within the range specified in the instruction manual. Check whether the operation is normal.
Internal grinding machines are easy to maintain
1. The internal grinder is used continuously for a long time, which will accelerate the aging and even burn out, so it can let it rest intermittently, or often change the appearance of the inner grinder, or its inner grinder protects the operating mode for a period of time, which will help delay the aging of the grinder.
2. If the temperature is too low (below minus 30 degrees), it should be discontinued. The splicing display is a valuable electronic product, which is dangerous with high voltage and prohibited by non-professionals. Water is very sensitive to the humid weather of the southern rainy season and can easily damage the internal components of the screen, so run it regularly, or you can put a bag of moisture repellent inside the screen.
3.
